The Ministry of the Interior (MOI) in Taiwan has developed the “Real Estate Transaction Database” and has announced the implementation of an actual price registration system for real estate transactions on August 1, 2012. Through the use of Real Estate Transaction Database, the public can check the selling price and rental prices of the real estate, which is helpful for the transparency of trading of the real estate market and for the sound development of real estate trading mechanism. However, few researches targets on investigating the user satisfaction of real estate transaction price inquiry system. The purpose of this research is to establish the user satisfaction indicators of real estate transaction price inquiry system. First, this research has proposed 31 user satisfaction indicators based on the updated DeLone & McLean’s information system success model, including “information quality,” “system quality,” “service quality,” and “user satisfaction.” The characteristic of “website interface” was also included. Then, these indicators were examined and modified by seven experts and scholars who are related to the fields of the real estate using modified Delphi method. Finally, the research uses a survey method for users with experience in real estate transaction price inquiry system to collect data. The results can enhance the understanding of user satisfaction of the MOI’s real estate transaction price inquiry system and provide the recommendations for the MOI to improve the design of real estate transaction price inquiry system.
