As a matter of fact, a well-functioning Convention and Exhibition corporation can not only boost the economy, but enhance the industrial development as well. This study aims to deal with the management of some cases from the perspective of their innovation and other related factors. Since these companies are all very prestigious, some deep interviews are also conducted to their CEO or vice president. With the hope of unraveling the secret behind these successful cases, this study has provided a space for further discussion to us. Conclusions of the study are as below: 1.An innovative management has to provide its value to customers actively. 2.An innovative management must have an idea for its tentative profit. 3.An innovative management has to integrate its crucial resources efficiently. 4.An innovative management must maintain a flexible working procedure. 5.The customer-oriented concept is the basis of innovative model. 歐陽惠華 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 127 zh-TW |
