If we aimed at students in individual differences intelligence, aptitude, knowledge, experience or personality, and use the most suitable teaching way for him to help at the most appropriate time. It can raise a lot of students'' ability to make the same between the external performance and internal potential. How to make up the gap so that everyone realize their potential, the teacher will be individualized and understand each student''s strengths and learning styles, and then adaptive counseling. In addition to identify factors that affect students'' learning styles. If we can increase his life experience and slowly guide him with a suitable way to learn , the students will be better. This study investigated the relationship between the learning style of sixth grade students and background characteristics and mathematics achievement. After studying, we have the following conclusions: A.According to the type of observation to explore learning styles in sixth grade students, the most is strategic learning, the least is autonomous learning. B.The birth ranking of sixth grade students related to the significance of understanding type and self-learning type. C.The times of the parents playing with children outside every week related to strategic learning styles. D.The students prefer language and math differ from the surface learning styles. E.The amount of math books home and students prefer language and math from a significant number of subjects related to academic achievement.
