Description
Summary:碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 102 === This research is to explore the relationship between job stress and job performance of bank employees. This study also tests the moderating role of supervisory support between these two factors. A methodology of questionnaire survey was conducted. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 240 of them were returned. The results show that bank employees'' job stress has significantly negative influence on job performance. On the other hand, supervisory support moderates the relationship between job stress and job performance. Based on the above findings, several strategies associated with bank employees'' job stress and supervisory support are suggested for improving their job performance.
