In this thesis, we build a prototype of an intelligent online evaluation system for mobile devices, which can be used for opinions voting, or as a simple examination system. The unique IMEI code of a smart device is used for registration and subsequent authentication, and the Google form is used for examination or questionnaire management. The server broadcasts examination or questionnaire message via QR code, and the users send back authentication information by scanning the QR code. After authentication, the server sends questions or questionnaires to each user, and the user's answers are transmitted directly to a Google spreadsheet for instantaneous score or statistical evaluations. By using such a system for examination or opinions voting, we can significantly reduce human and time resources, and of human error omissions.
