Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 應用數學研究所 === 102 === Due to the high speed of Internet, users can easily download entertainment resources such as video, audio, and game. Nowadays, these resources have roles. Children spend a lot of their entertaining time watching video, listening to the audio, and playing video game. Since children may learn and imitate from these recourses, we need to classify them based on their contents in order to prevent bad influents. Children need adult’s appropriate guidance when watching videos and scrutiny when playing games in order to avoiding children with a certain age watching to play these resources designed not for their age. Therefore, it is important to assign a designated class (or target audiences/players) for every video/audio or game resources. However, it requires significant amount of resources and experts to perform the classification for the enormous amount of video, audio, and game available on the Internet. Practically speaking, it is impossible to do so. On the other hand, ordinary Internet users may not have necessary knowledge to perform the task of classification. For solve the above problem, this study will build an ontology for video, audio and game resources classification, and use the Semantic Web technology to development a video/audio and game resources classification system. Ordinary users are able to use such a system to perform classification without understand the regulations or the help from experts.
