And use of experimental method for the identification of the film restrictor parameters and film proportional parameter. a worktable mounting on the hydrostatic bearing is utilized to calibrate recess pressures for regulating outlet pressures of restrictors by changing the load and then both restrictor parameters can be identified from the measurements of the inlet pressure, the outlet pressure and the flow rate of a restrictor by minimizing the difference between measured and identified flow rates. Further, To get dimensionless coefficient of membrane deformation. Three kinds of supply pressure 15、20、25 ,Experiment three times, Experimental results dimensionless film coefficient close to 3, Film obedience coefficient and film deformation coefficient decreased with increasing supply pressure.When the film has a high rigidity, Displacement presents nearly vertical ascent, For the pressure increase the flow also increased, with the load increases.
