Databases using SQL syntax for data query, and processing conditions to enter the workpiece target, by way of qualifying the corresponding grinding parameter, the range of processing initial parameter output display. Use Newton's second law of motion after the experiment after adjustment using this range of values, and then grind the vibration acceleration values generated record processing, grinding force mathematical model and achieve the quality of the grinding wheel constants to model the modified experimental verification the accuracy of the model. One of the force due to acceleration characterize replace paper accelerometer measured the amount of vibration grinding power metering generated during processing, in order to analyze the experimental results on the influence of various parameters of vibration acceleration of grinding, the grinding force model in fixed grinding wheel and workpiece material corresponding to each other, effectively predict the vibration acceleration results under different parameter combinations produced by grinding.
