to protect the product and to increase its reliability and lifetime。The potting is generally coated。
through automatic dispensing machine。In this thesis，we focus on the potting of LCD display module。We analyze the causes of defective and then propose some methods to improve the quality。We found that most defective comes from the human factors and equipment problems。In addition，the potting path is also an important factor。The countermeasure is proposed and checked based on possible reasons according to four aspects - Man，machine，material，and method。The proposed methods not only improve the successful rate from 91% to 99.8%，but also greatly reduce staff rework hours。
