Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 102 === It has always been publicity on the recruitment results of voluntary military service conducted by the Ministry of Defense. And as the number of voluntary soldiers decreased in the past three years, this had lead to the motivation of this research, how to obtain to more highly professional, and long-term service recruitments by a better marketing strategy.
Therefore, this research will apply both " Maslow's hierarchy of needs" and "Recruitment strategies" to discuss the recruitment method of voluntary soldiers, and will also conduct a questionnaire survey based on the students that are near graduation in Chung Yuan Christian University. Total valid questionnaires are 93 copies, and the analysis results are described as follows:
1.Present salary and welfare benefits of voluntary soldiers are the significant.
2.Different marketing methods used for recruitment can affect the intention of unemployed youth people joining the voluntary soldier program.
To summarize, the recruiting of voluntary soldiers in R.O.C forces should be focused on the two aspects: "salary and welfare benefits" and "marketing strategy", in order to arouse the willingness of joining voluntary soldiers among unemployed youth people.
