In this thesis, we synthesized GA-Try、GA-Phe、GA-Pro with suger、aromatic ring、and different amino acids. In gelation test, compound GA-Phe formed gel in pure n-butanol、 water - ethanol、 hexane - tetrahydrofuran、 n-hexane - dichloromethane、 hexane - toluene; compound GA-Try formed gel in toluene-1,4-dioxane. In anion response test, GA-Phe and GA-Try can respond halide anions, and the solution also presents fluorescent. In the result, compound in different solvent have different selectivity to anion.
