Therefore, this paper is proposed to use system simulation approach incorporating the usage of Discrete-Event based computer simulation language(SIMSCRIPT II.5)to construct equipment availability and logistics related operation simulation models. This research finds that the simulation models discussion repair manpower, materials for the first time Readiness (backup) the proportion of materials for added time and cost of different conditions and combinations to seek sensitive analytical methods and equipment system performance indicators - the rate of change of circumstances operating properly for decision making purposes.
