In recent years, many Countries around the world intent to change the energy policy to decrease the dependence on the Fossil fuels. Therefore, the resent research about the energy focuses on green energy, and developed a variety of alternative energy sources such as Biofuels, solar power, wind power, etc. The future great development potential of renewable energy may be Stirling engine which has great contributions is in all aspects of its industrial, military, aerospace, and also have a good outcome. The Stirling engine has a simple structure and a strict movement conditions. The parts of engine required high machining precision in order to reach airtight between piston and cylinder, and combination of the parts needed to make fine adjustment to assure the smooth operation. Therefore, manufacturers not only possess precision machining technology, but also have the ability to solve problems. In this study, all the parts of Stirling engine are designed and machined precisely, after assembly and test the results shows that Stirling engine is running smoothly.
