Description
Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 設計學院暨創意生活應用設計研究所 === 102 === The current study is intended to explore the usage satisfaction and interest in continuous use of school administration system at elementary schools in Changhua County as well as the extent of impact with the use of SFS3.0 system. We hope, through in-depth literature study, one is able to understand the current usage situation and future development of the two systems; and to compare the similarities and differences between the two systems. In addition, one is able to organize and summarize the results and reach an understanding of various indicators of school system usability. The study was conducted using a questionnaire survey with teachers and administrative staffs. Based on the response to the questionnaire, following conclusions were reached after careful analysis: 1.Users’ sex and years of service can cause different thoughts about usability satisfaction. 2.Users’ title, age, level of education, school size and experience in using SFS 3.0 will not cause different thoughts about usability satisfaction. 3.Users’ title, years of service and school size can cause different thoughts about interest in continuous use of information system. 4.There is a significant correlation between the various factors of usability satisfaction and the interest in continuous use of information system. Suggestions were made based on the conclusions above: One should consider old experience, a single system, breakthrough and difference, good quality of service, integration to other systems, and sustainable policy when promoting a new system.
