This study was used stratified study by cluster sampling. The junior high school teacher’s awareness of principals’ leadership styles scales and school organizational change scales, developed by the author, were administered to 700 representative of teachers that were selected from 29 junior high schools in Taichung City.The survey of data was carried out statistical analysis by using the methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product- moment correlation. Based on questionnaire data analysis, the study found that: 1. Principals’ leadership styles reach middle-high level, and among the variables, "humanity and concern" show the highest scores. 2. School organizational change reaches middle-high level, and among the variables, "the skill of work" show the highest scores. 3. The perception on principals' leadership styles of the junior high school teacher was significant difference because of the variants of age, working experience, current positions and school-district. 4. The perception on school organizational change of the junior high school teacher was significant difference because of the variants of age, working experience, current positions, school size and school-district. 5. The junior high school principals' leadership styles and school organizational change was highly positive correlation in Taichung City. Finally, according to the research results to make recommendations to provide education administrative agencies, principals of the junior high school and future investment reference in the leadership style and organizational change of the researchers.
