The American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program (MRP) which to structure their nursing programs to achieve quality patient outcomes. The aim of study was compare the public hospital nurses' perceptions of the practice environment in relation to intent to leave or stay in employment and improve nurse job satisfaction through the MRP. The method of study is collect nursing staff a total of 328 people, 282 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 85.9% in the metropolitan hospital of Changhua county by the revised nursing work index (NWI-R). The study also provided further insight into the work environment of managers of the nurse department and the administrative department nurses and increased intention to stay by make efforts to improve working environments for nurses, thereby affecting improve quality of patient care and patient satisfaction.
