In this research, the growth curve at 25 ℃ and 30 ℃ of a diatom strain,Amphora coffeaeformis, was established by separating the diatom clusters with 0.02M EDTA and sonication. We aslo analyzed the contents of extracellular polysaccharides, intracellular carbohydrats, crude lipids and crude proteins at 25 ℃ and 30 ℃.
