The manpower and materials devoted to the entire engineering, including the installation of equipment, pipeline and construction methods, are worth researching. The distribution system is the base for providing underground electricity; if the foundation is solid, the safety and stability of the distribution can be effectively advanced, the cost reduced and the function enhanced.Due to urban growth and development, the rapid and convenient transportation, such as the high speed rail and the metro add to a huge load onto the distribution system, which reduces the underground space. The construction methods of Taipower include: (1) traditional UD-graded gravel backfill; (2) UR-concrete grouting backfill and (3) UC-controlled low strength flowable backfill.
