This study focused on the planning and control of a professional installation method prior to acquiring a fire safety permit and related legal certificate of engineering issued by the fire department for newly built construction.
By conducting accurate planning and an on-site installation method, the engineering risks can be reduced and failure avoided. Based on the engineering content, the planning for the fan facility can be established. The structure of the engineering will be determined according to the required air volume on the fire control facility. The engineering schedule is arranged by the required sequence so that a complete target can be set. The needed equipment on-site will be arranged by a sub-contractor and professional manufacturer. The test index is calculated according to the accurate construction environment ; the legal standard and air volume test will then be carried out. The conclusion of this research can be used as reference to increase the construction workflow and reduce risks related to fire and ventilation. As the proposal schedule, the loss caused in relation to the production process can be decreased; on the other hand it advances the quality control of fire and ventilation engineering.
