Description
Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 102 === In 2002, the government proposed the policy relative to “Challenge 2008 – the highlighted plan for the country’s development.” What’s more, at this time Taiwan had already joined WTO, indicating the local conventional industry must boost their own uniqueness and irreplaceability so that they would be free from being replaced. Also, through the plan of “Culturally creative industry development plan,” the cultural construction committee expected to develop knowledgeable industry, creating immense investment and employment opportunities. Therefore, this goal of this study is to implement the policy “Culturally creative industry,” exercising the background of local culture, the regional background, and ultimately the concept of monumental element of success. In this way, we can confer how to support local cultural industry and use the originally independent cultural node to analyze the indirect relationships between the industries via the key element of success and the lead-in policies. Then we proceed to reach the goal of promoting the succession of local culture. To be more comprehensive about the two relationships between culturally creative industry and crucially successful elements, this study designated Kaohsiung City as the research range so that we can fully comprehend the exact current situation of the development for the place’s local cultural industry. Owing to the scantily basic information for the local culture industry in the past, this study initially collected the relative references for the local culture industry and Key Success Factors. In this case, we can get deeper into the relationships of both references, further sending out questionnaires to particularly the public sector and the voluntary sector. In this questionnaire, we adopt “Factor Analysis Method” to analyze what is the representative of the significant variables for the place’s local culture industry.
