City Councilman of Kaohsiung city, in order to make integration of services voters and election information, they would like to present voters a more convenient server by through information-oriented approach. So In this study, in order to easily record and statistics the voters data to achieved the targets that I mention as above so I design some functions as followed: 1, the public basic information 2, the public service system 3, the public telephone interview data 4 people Personally visit and interview information 5, the system labels set For the reason to achieve objectives in this thesis, to make tedious process of paper work to more efficiency job for voter service, so establish a voter services information system and try to make all the services for voter more efficiency and increase their satisfaction.
