Description
Summary:碩士 === 嘉南藥理大學 === 化粧品應用與管理系 === 102 === This study is to evaluate the properties of microemulsion containing D-Panthenol including physical properties, skin absorption efficiency and morphology. The main components are unsaturated phospholipid Epikuron(EM 200), surfactant, alcohol and D-Panthenol. The addition of steay amine (SA) in the microemulsion to make positive charge is also studied. The result showed that the maximum addition of D-Panthenol and steayl amine for stable emulsion is 2% and 0.3% respectively. The microemulsions at acidic neutral condition were better stable than at basic condition after one month storage. The amount of D-Panthenol were not charge after one month storage. The skin absorption study showed that the skin absorption of D-Panthenol in uncharge and positive charge microemulsion are 102 µg and 107µg respectively, which are large than conventional emulsion(37 µg). This result showed the great benefit of microemulsion. The morphology of the treated skins were also observed by scanning electron microscope. The gap of skins treated by microemulsion are large than conventional emulsion.
