The poly(NIPAAm-NMA) polymer and chitosan were used as materials to manufacture the nano-fiber with the properties of thermo-sensitive and bactericidal by the method of electrospun. Besides, the Ag nano-particles were mixed with the polymer solution to produce the bactericidal nano-fiber. We found the CA8 can not effectively inhibit but the others are effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria reach the antibacterial effect.The effects of various variables on the morphology of nano-fiber were study by the TEM and SEM. Moreover, the compositions of the nano-fiber influenced on the bactericidal property was also studied.
