Summary:碩士 === 嘉南藥理大學 === 化粧品應用與管理系 === 102 === Abstract In this study, the thermo-sensitive poly(N–isopropylacrylamide-co-N-(hydroxymethyl) acrylamide) (poly(NIPAAm-NMA)) copolymer were synthesized by the method of solution polymerization. The poly(NIPAAm-NMA) polymer and chitosan were used as materials to manufacture the nano-fiber with the properties of thermo-sensitive and bactericidal by the method of electrospun. Besides, the Ag nano-particles were mixed with the polymer solution to produce the bactericidal nano-fiber. We found the CA8 can not effectively inhibit but the others are effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria reach the antibacterial effect.The effects of various variables on the morphology of nano-fiber were study by the TEM and SEM. Moreover, the compositions of the nano-fiber influenced on the bactericidal property was also studied. Key words: N–isopropylacrylamide, Electrospun, thermo-sensitive Chitosan, Silver particles
