However, the performance rate of Pap smear was so low in Taiwan. The number of foreign brides increased year by year, the vast majority are in low socioeconomic status and educational level, and easy to acculturation difficulties. Medical mistrust was also common in this population. The main purpose of this study is to understand spouses populations, their medical mistrust and cultural adaptation, and thus to explore the relationship between these two perceived benefits and perceived barriers to cervical cancer screening, and to explore these factors whether influence their behavior for cervical cancer screening or not. The object of this study was the foreign brides who live in New Taipei City and Taipei City. In order to facilitate sampling, through activities organized by churches, organizations, the use of questionnaires visits by investigators, a total of 318 valid questionnaires were collected. In the statistical analysis, the main use of AMOS 17.0 software implementation of structural equation modeling analysis, the overall contribution of the view mode of the explanatory power of each variable, and individual variables to explain the behavior of cervical cancer screening. The results of this study showed that acculturation will positively affect the perceived benefits of cervical cancer screening, and the negative impact of their perceived barriers; medical distrust, perceived barriers to screening, but also have a positive impact. Perceived barriers will negatively affect the behavior of cervical cancer screening. According to the result, it will be provided to the health unit to know about the cervical cancer screening behavior patterns of foreign brides. There are three factors, includes acculturation, medical mistrust and perceived barriers that influence the behavior of cervical cancer screening of foreign brides. The health unit must submit better policies or methods to enhance this population screening rates.
