Normoxic polymer gel dosimeters have been proven it has the potential to measure dose and evaluate CTDI during acceptance testing. In this study, we used nMAG gel dosimeter to measure Computer tomography dose index (CTDI)and slice width profile(SWP). The 1.5T MRI scan with the head coil receiver was used to readout the dose information. The results shows the difference of CTDI100 calculated from the normoxic polymer gel dosimeter and 10 cm pencil ion chamber was in 10%. Full-width half-maximum(FWHM) values of slice width profiles from the normoxic polymer gel dosimeter were compared to FWHM values from Gafchromic film, the difference was in 10%. We conclude that polymer gel dosimeters shows great potential as a technique to assess dose distribution of computed tomography. Jay Wu 吳杰 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 40 zh-TW
