Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study.The study subjects were participating in the southern coutry of adult community health screening 20 years old (or more) of adult with a structured questionnaire to collect relevant information,participation in health check and a questionnaire and biochemical data were 9709,and finally exclude ethnic omissions and new residents,and under 20 years of age,the analytical sample size in the study is 9067.While the sample data collection have informed consert. Results:The survey found a total of 1524 people with CKD who accounted for20.15%,Aboriginal people (n=675) had CKD were 123 Aboriginal people accounted for 18.22%,the Han people have CKD by 1401 accounted for 16.12% of the Han,but did not reach statistical significant differences(P>0.05).Therefore,pairing random sampling method,take one Aboriginal and two Han found Han (n=1350),ther were 165 CKD accounted for 12.22% of the Han,While the proportion of Aboriginal CKD was significantly higher than the Han(p=0.002).Using multiple logistic regression analysis,taking into account other factors such as socio-demographic characteristics,past medical history,lifestyle and health behavior variables,such BMI,age was found to suffer from CKD,the greater the risk was higher the odds.Aboriginal suffering from CKD was 1.42 times the odds Han.High school graduates industry suffering from CKD odds for college or university graduates 2.19 times.Have hypertension,diabetes,gout suffering from CKD of odds for no past history of this disease were 1.65 times,2.04 times,1.85 times;Aboriginal past history of the disease and were significantly higher than the Han ,hypertension(47.11%>22.81%),diabetes(14.52%>8.96%),gout(10.52%>6.07%). Conclusion:The results show that after controlling for other factors,the overall significant abnormality presence or absence of factors that can affect CKD sociodemographic characteristics,past medical history of these two factors.Which in the past history of risk for CKD have great relevance.And among the Aboriginal and Han suffer hypertension,diabetes and gout was Aboriginal majority.Therefor,the prevention and control work of CKD should be strengthened lifestyle change,and should be more concerned for the aboriginal population health education and behavioral change in these factors work. 陳秋瑩 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 148 zh-TW
