Therefore, the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching in all areas Army schools and to identify the key factors to serve as an important basis for improving Army school's overall teaching effectiveness. In this study, the first visit to the preliminary questionnaire of 40 teaching instructors of Army school and teaching effectiveness of sorting out the impact of the seven dimensions, 25 factors, and then with military-related education and research literature to compare and finishing. Finally, the use of decision analysis laboratory (DEMATEL) expert questionnaire analysis, then analyze and identify the critical success factors Army school teaching effectiveness. The results show that "teacher-student interaction," "student learning will", "implements of educational philosophy", "the establishment of teaching ethos" are 25 key success factors in the core factors, but also the effectiveness of teaching and administrative team put in resources to enhance teaching focus.
