After assessing framework compiled by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) to assess the weights of its facade waterproof, and the different decorative materials, and the quality of personnel is 0.448, 0.345, 0.144 ,and 0.063, the indicators were Sort by their importance, red brick outer walls of the treatment of decentralization weight is 0.298, index of hit bottom stucco decentralization weight is 0.182, cement mortar waterproofing agent decentralization weight index is 0.139, Water mixed with waterproof material solidified of decentralization index weight 0.106 silicate coated waterproof material quality indicators decentralized system weight of 0.100, the surface paint layer index decentralization weight is 0.092, heavy tile wall stickers index decentralization weight is 0.067, wash stone wall of heavy index decentralization weight is 0.064, re-cut stone wall of decentralization index weight is 0.052, Field indicators of decentralized weight of 0.036, skilled technical indicators decentralized weight of 0.020, the inertia weight is 0.007 decentralized operating indicators; quality management and control via the front of which six indicators, the red brick facades to grasp the overall water quality of construction reached ninety-two percent .
