When environmental pollution incident of the port occurred, residents only understand the message of the event itself, but also know the contingency measures taken by the government and the port operator, the residents to make the right response. This research probes the port residents’ environmental pollution perceived risk factors by historical literature. Using factor analysis method, extracted five perceived risk factors of port residents’. Furthermore, the residents’ perceived risk assessment models are created and the factors impact is explored by multi-regression analysis. The results show that the risk perception of port residents’ on “trust degree in the ports corporation and operator” and “ life impact” have significant positive influence; “trust degree in social information” and “distance from port” have significant negative influence; “women”, “higher level of education” and “living longer” have higher degree of the risk perception.
