Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === Scheduling in Construction Project Management is the main tool of project schedule, cost control, work continuity, communication, execution and results tracking. Traditional tools commonly used Gantt Chart and Network. The duration is calculated primarily for Critical Path Method. Five goals of construction project manager is the duration, quality, cost, safety and environmental protection. Therefore, a good scheduling tool for construction management is very important. In recent years, Critical Path Method and Gantt Chart are most widely used scheduling tools. But, when Arrow Diagram Method draw with proper planning, time scale and work location. The effect of linear scheduling model and repetitive scheduling method in particular type of project is close. This study integrate Bar Chart, Critical Path Method, Program Evaluation and Review Technique, Repetitive Scheduling Method and Linear Scheduling Method, basis on traditional Arrow Diagram Method, discuss with changes of Arrow Diagram Method's elements and enhanced content. Provide drawing processes, sorting and time formulas, and develop Enhanced Arrow Diagram Method's cloud program by free software. This study provide initial system analysis and database design information. The cloud program's normal mode include Enhanced Arrow Diagram, Precedence Diagram and Bar Chart. Repetitive mode includes Enhanced Arrow Diagram, Repetitive Scheduling Diagram and Bar Chart. Linear mode includes Enhanced Arrow Diagram, Linear Scheduling Diagram and Bar Chart. The Case Study discuss Enhanced Arrow Diagram Method's drawing process, different scheduling information of the model output, user suggestions and countermeasures to use the recommended workaround reference for subsequent development
