In a highly competitive business environment with dramatic changes, with high-quality human resources is an important competitive advantage, so how to treat talent and retain qualified personnel, and that they have a high degree of corporate organizational commitment and job involvement has been an important research topic. Organizational commitment is a boat with employees, inner identity organization's attitude, high organizational commitment are usually quite dependent on the organization, highly recognized organization, to accept organizational goals and values, the work with a high degree of investment focus, and organizational loyalty is highly emotional. In the past studies have found a higher organizational commitment to reduce turnover and improve work efficiency. When employees have high job involvement, he will be willing to contribute their strengths and will be willing to spend more time and more knowledge to use in their work, therefore, job involvement and organizational commitment will have a positive impact on the organization. In this study, an influence by constructing organizational commitment and job involvement of the theoretical model, the management implications and recommendations for future research expected to provide enterprise as a basis for predicting employee turnover and retain research talent and internal organization and management.
