Taiwan has developed the market and industries of notebook business over the partial 50% to market since year 2000. In previous notebooks business was considered as professionals designed the basic needs, such as writing documents and Internet, notebook is emphasized multimedia features and launched notebooks with advancement to everyone attention of new products not only powerful and become thinner and lighter, and the standby time will be longer. Due to fierce competition in the notebook market, major brands (ACER, ASUS, MSI, Gigabytes) took the policy and strategies to through lower price, even though Taiwan notebook makers are still in beautiful high growth rate and high market share. In Taiwan's notebook cannot ship with a high growth rate and profit doubled on profits allow notebook of the industry into the era of low profit margin. Manufacturer faced challenges and under difficult operating has been sought to make the notebook industry progress. In present study, notebook manufacturers and market commonality to put the resource similarity to analysis and draw picture of competitor’s methods for construct a Taiwanese notebook computer industry. By explore and analysis relative competitive advantage, research and analysis to explore the dynamics of competition in Taiwan. After provides the offers of mutual competitive advantage and enhance provides the industry as a reference for future business strategy. The conclusion of the study found that Asus, MSI, Gigabyte notebooks are the company's main competitors Acer notebook computer company, for Acer notebooks launched by the company to respond to the possibility of competition will get a positive response; But relative to Acer the company's point of view on the possibility of competitors to respond, respond positively to their competitive opponent for ASUS.
