The enterprise has to make a right decision-making in order to succeed in the “Outsourcing” business. Regarding themanufacturing industry, whether thespare parts by self-made orby the outsourcing company affects the strategyof the enterprise.Making asmart decision is about the life and death for the enterprise.
In order to reach the goal of the study, this research takes the case of the linear clutch industryof the medical instruments as anexample.The rangeof the research focuses in the market of the Mainland China.According to a realcompany’s internal data as the base of the study, the thesis explores the crucial problems caused form the “outsourcing” and “the commission systemin purchasing”in medical linear clutch industry. However, Casale (1998) pointed out the of result of outsourcing is not often as expected. Barthélemy’s(2001) research also foundthatapproximately14% of the enterprisesare not able to obtain benefits from theoutsourcing; instead,it arousemany problems. The research intends to find out the reasons and solve the problems for the industry.
This research is based onthe domestic and foreign researcher's literature.By way of the theoriesas references,the nature case research technique (the case study method) and a real case study,the research is expected to seek some actual and useful ways in improving the long existing problems of outsourcing the purchase commission system in the industry.
