Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 102 === While the social structure could be differ from time to time, including greater access to birth control, never-marry-group or later marriage, there is a big challenge for educational institution in Taiwan, such as emergent response and market survival. With advances of time, and educational innovation, almost every tutor being adjusting and learning causes frequent conflicts with students during intermediate time. Giving guidance or service to students is instead of traditional authoritarian leadership in presence. Rather than manifest the importance of the tutor systems, we should make much of the value and necessity of the tutors. Speaking of the relationship between full time tutors and students and development in the future, the example will be taken from certain night division of Technology University. In this paper, not only exploring the influence and results from the present tutor system, but also trying to learn the management and structure of the system which has been adopted by seven years in the university as an eample for making the tutor system better. The purpose of the paper is discussing the development, outcomes and analyzing the effectiveness in certain case by implementing the tutor system as a reference material for improving the tutr system in other universities. Upon implementing the tutor system through 6 months, the effects have been readily receiving recognition and expectation by doing assessment from different office at university and survey from students. And the results indicate that tutor has enough ability to support administrative work, manage classes and guide students. That is to say that tutor system is necessary to be carried on in the universities in Taiwan.
