Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 102 === Smart patrolling system is a technology that to integrate and analyze information to enhance the effectiveness of traditional patrolling operation. However, the application of the patrolling system is not very popular. Hence, the purpose of this study was based on technology acceptance model to explore the critical using factor and user’s behavior of this system.
The objects of this study are the personnel that were the user of the system or had used the similar system or had not used any kind of the systems. 154 valid questionnaires were collected. Considering of the four characteristics, innovation, technology, patrolling function and intelligence, the study summarized 9 major factors according to the Technology Acceptance Model, Information System Success Model and Innovation acceptance model. All data were verified by SEM to analysis the user’s behavior.
The results show that perceived ease of use and subjective norms significantly affect perceived usefulness. The perceived usefulness is significantly affected by innovativeness and also directly affected the attitude toward using. For the quality systems, it affected the behavioral intention to use, as a positive influence. Finally, this result in this study of uses factors will be recommendations for the system developer to improve the systems service in the future.
