Wage payroll is the most significant part among expenditures for companies. Wage offering also can be an indicator for job seekers to choose their jobs. Higher salary can afford wage earners better life quality. It not only almost is the base of the country’s National Income figure, but also the index of national competitiveness.In 1970s, hard-working people in Taiwan had created a tremendous world-famous economic miracle. Successively, outstanding performance of Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan amazes all in the IT industry. Under the trend of globalization, more and more economic opening-up and liberalization, the government allows companies going to China to do business and investment. Then industrial structures are drastically changed. A lot of factories have been moved out and the unemployed rate has been pulling high.The government promotes people’s educational level and overwhelmed college graduators have been produced year by year. But the level of wage paid in average is still stagnated or frozen for a while.Taiwan is an island country in which is lack of natural material resources. High gasoline prices in recent years keep living cost here rising. Relatively people’s wages have been depreciated.There are many factors able to influence the level of wages. Especially economic activities are dynamic and been mutual influenced. In this study, the method of system dynamics has been applied to analysis for influencing factors. Through literatures review, the study summarizes three dimensions of Labor Demand, Labor Supply, Macro Economy to construct the system dynamic model.The research has resulted that nominal wages are affected by some important driving forces; including Labor Demand factors as Competitiveness of Enterprises, Corporate Profits, the Number of Foreign Workers, Wages &; Welfares and Government Decrees; Labor Supply as Job Satisfaction, Seniority,
Experience, Technical and Professional Licenses &; Certifications; Macro Economy: Growth Rate of Economy, Fuel Pricing, the Rate of Job Employment and Political Stability, etc. The study has done all deliberates from full-ranged point of view in all directions to see through complicated problems, and implements theorems and methods of system dynamics.In this study, a macro point of thinking, for complex problems, according to the theory and methods of analysis of system dynamics discussion. The research intends to help the government with a useful tool to find out the best phase-in point to improve the current system.
