Technology advances and knowledge accumulates rapidly. Reading literacy represents national power! Nowadays, the popularity of thd Internet and online learning offer advantages of year-round and far-reaching services to create a completely new learning mode. More than 800 elementary schools use ”Online Reading Certificate System in Taichung ”. It promotes reading literacy of the elementary school students ,and then develops national power by using this digital learning platform. The study is about the relationships between users’ satisfaction and the intention to use of online Reading Certificate System based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) (Davis,1989). The study used questionnaire survey method and cluster sampling method to collect data from an elementary school in Taichung. The survey of questionnaire includes subjects-220 people. The effective questionnaires are 220 copies. The effective response rate is 100%. The data collected is analyzed based on Reliability Analysis, Validity Analysis, Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Independent samples t-test Analysis, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Analysis . The results are generalized as follows: 1.Besides different gender has no significant difference to the perceived usefulness, and different grade has no significant difference to the perceived ease of use, the personal background variables (including: genders, grades, using times per week, and using system’s frequency) have significant difference to the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use. 2.There is a positive and significant correlation between the environmental variables and the perceived usefulness. 3.There is a positive and significant correlation between the environmental variables and the perceived ease of use. 4.There is a positive and significant correlation between the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness. 5.There is a positive and significant correlation between the perceived usefulness and users’ satisfaction. 6.There is a positive and significant correlation between the perceived ease of use and users’ satisfaction. 7.There is a positive and significant correlation between users’ satisfaction and the intention to use.
