The effective questionnaires are 220 copies. The effective response rate is 100%. The data collected is analyzed based on Reliability Analysis, Validity Analysis, Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Independent samples t-test Analysis, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Analysis . The results are generalized as follows: 1.Besides different gender has no significant difference to the perceived usefulness, and different grade has no significant difference to the perceived ease of use, the personal background variables (including: genders, grades, using times per week, and using system’s frequency) have significant difference to the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use. 2.There is a positive and significant correlation between the environmental variables and the perceived usefulness. 3.There is a positive and significant correlation between the environmental variables and the perceived ease of use. 4.There is a positive and significant correlation between the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness. 5.There is a positive and significant correlation between the perceived usefulness and users’ satisfaction. 6.There is a positive and significant correlation between the perceived ease of use and users’ satisfaction. 7.There is a positive and significant correlation between users’ satisfaction and the intention to use.
