However, the age of the internet users is getting lower and lower. Meanwhile, those elementary students at earlier ages have advantages of multiple learning styles and getting abundant information easily from using the internet comes with certain health problems or even deviant behavior, which we have to be concerned with. This study aims to explore the relationship among interpersonal relations, deviant behavior and internet addiction of the Fifth and Sixth Graders, and examine the differences among students with different background variables, including gender, family structures, years of internet experience, hours a week online, internet usage type. The sample comprised of 504 Fifth and Sixth Graders from 18 classes of three elementary schools in New Taipei City. Three scales in the questionnaires are used in this study. The data obtained is analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis, and Regression analysis. After getting the research findings, suggestions for reference related educational institutions, parents and future related research. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The elementary school students with different gender, hours a week on line and internet usage type show significant statistical difference in interpersonal relations. 2. The elementary school students with different gender, years of internet experience, hours a week on line and internet usage type show significant statistical differences in deviant behavior. 3. The elementary school students with different gender,years of internet experience, hours a week on line and internet usage type show significant statistical differences in internet addiction. 4. Students with worse interpersonal relations have more serious deviant behavior. 5. Students with worse interpersonal relations have higher tendency to be the internet addiction. 6.
