Later the service platform and “Teachers in Service Natiowide Network” were combined to make the current DLSPMOE user-friendly. However, each teacher required by the education authority to take a certain number of hours of on-the-job training courses online every year from the DLSPMOE , for instance, related courses on children and youth protection for 2010 and on information literacy from 2011 to 2013. This way has made promoting the DLSPMOE a mandatory policy. Therefore this study aims to investigate user satisfaction with the DLSP through an actual survey. Based on the technology acceptance model by Davis (1989), the quantitative research was performed with the method of questionnaires and statistical analysis to explore the situation of using the DLSPMOE among teachers, including(1)whether there are any significant differences between the personal variables and external ones (“system features,” “ material properties,” “external support”)(2) whether there are any significant differences between the personal variables and the dimensions of the technology acceptance model (2) correlation between external variables and the dimensions of the technology acceptance model (3)correlation among the dimensions of the technology acceptance model. With the elementary school teachers in Taichung City as the study objects and a stratified sampling method adopted (dividing Big Taichung City into subareas of the original Taichung City, mountain lines, coastlines, and districts), a total of 150 questionnaires were distributed with 139 returned. There was 130 valid pieces with 92.7% valid percentage. The data analysis was conducted through reliability and validity measures, descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation. The findings are as follows: (1)There is high user satisfaction with the DLSPMOE among elementary school teachers in Taichung City since its “usefulness,” “ease of use,” “system features,” “ material properties,” “external support,” “intention to use,” and “frequency of use” are high. (2) There is no significant correlation between the personal variables and the respective dimensions of the technology acceptance model, except between the daily number of hours of computer use and user satifaction. (3) There is no significant correlation between the personal variables and the respective dimensions of each of the external variables. (4) In a correlational anaysis, the external variabes have a positive correlation to each of the dimensions of the technology acceptance model ( perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use, frequency of use, user satisfaction ) and there is also a positive correlation among these dimensions. According to the findings above, teachers are positive about using the DLSPMOD. The more time spent in computer use, the more satisfied with the platform teachers feel. Therefore, the study recommends that the education authority encourage elementary school teachers in Taichung City to make good use of the DLSPMOD for further professional growth and higher efficiency of its use.
