碩士 === 中華大學 === 建築與都市計畫學系碩士班 === 102 === Assessment of “biodiversity indicator” of green building in Taiwan has lasted for ten years, except for small bases in city (below 1 hectare) categorized as assessment-free program. Biodiversity is planned to develop from small bases as a basis to multiple micro-ecological environments for improving green space system self-maintenance mechanism, then to road system and parks with biodiversity islands for tour. Further, biodiversity is then expanded to city and countryside from neighborhood. So all green lands as resource in city make up complete system network to create coexisted space of human beings and nature and enrich city urban landscape, thereby forming green environment resembling nature and making up for landscape degradation caused by “concrete forests”. The study took 15 cases as study sample cases from those approved by urban design or open space in urban plan for Hsinchu and Chupei. In view of “Biodiversity Assessment” investigate its design projects. These organized into tables after arranging, counting and analysis the information through induction, urban biodiversity indicators to assess the development of the implementation showing the situations and problems. Results confirmed that biodiversity indicators being used into small base is feasible. Give impetus to assess biodiversity through incentives, will make parks and green connect. In addition biological Amphibious and ecological reservations will develop in the future plan.
