Hsinchu since had benefited from the study outcome. The study of resident sponsored rural community land readjustment is crucial as there is insufficient study and research that involves rural farmers. This study is based on questionnaire that focus on the impact of the land readjustment and can be used in future reference for other scholars or departments concern.
Research conducted in Hsinchu resident sponsored rural community land readjustment with 350 household surveyed. The outcome of the survey shows the quality of life and living environment had a certain degrees of improvement. Hence the policy for resident sponsored community land readjustment had reached its maturity. There are some factors in determining the land acquisition of the resident sponsored community land in Hsinchu County. The major factors include the price range, follow by the area of the land, future planning and redevelopment of the land, security and safety of the area and, noise level and privacy of the area and so on…
In the analysis of the favourable quality of living standard, privacy of the dwellings is rated higher while the population in the area is rated lower, low air pollution and none unpleasant odour in the area. The quality of the neighbourhood and community living in the area, cleanliness and quality of waste management, safety and security of the community, park facility, tree plantations and recreational area, shopping and convenience of transport are also factors contributing to the quality of living standards. In Hsinchu resident sponsor rural community land readjustment, the quality of living standard must include all the above factors.
