Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 102 === Project is an effective method for organization to solve problems and create opportunities, which is therefore widely used within the enterprise. A project team is formed by personnel transferred across departments and a project manager is assigned to lead the teams with carrying our project planning, execution and control until reaching the goals and finalizing the project. In this process, apart from the internal communication within the project team, the communication outside the project also profoundly affects the success of the project. One of the key factors to a successful project is to understand the communication requirement of all stakeholders and the choice of appropriate project members who can meet the demand for these communication requirements. The communication effect of different members will differ and require different communication time to generate different communication costs. As of now, there is no research proposed that could solve the foregoing issues. Hence, the study proposes a mathematical model that finds out the best project communication corresponding personnel for each stakeholder, under the maximumcommunication effect and minimum communication time and communication costs. The model constructs decision-making model using Fuzzy theory and seek for solution through LINGO software. The study result shows that the model proposed by the study can improve the communication performance of project, which therefore enhances the probability of success for accomplishing project goals.
