Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 102 === In addition to product quality, price, service and operational efficiency, business model plays a vital role in gaining enterprises competitiveness. Especially in this era of stiff global competition, designing a customer oriented innovative business model is key to escape from current bloody red-ocean and create unbeatable blue-ocean, a method that can help enterprises evaluate business model has not been developed. This study intends to develop an approach that can assess the advantages and disadvantages of existing business model. This study firstly conducts questionnaire survey to top management, to acquire consensus knowledge of business model related information, and then applies American customer satisfaction index to obtain readiness index of business model. This study is believed to be able to assist enterprises discover and improve drawbacks of their current business model and therefore, enhance competitiveness.
