With fast and urgent to evacuate the patients to the hospital, and because of many reasons, it often brings evacuation difficult to the ambulance during the way to the hospital. Occurring accident is the reason for the delay to the hospital while performing the duty, and vehicle accidents happens most. Fire department ambulance service focusing on the implementation of the rescue should act quickly and every second counts. If a traffic accident happened during the duty and did not evacuate the patient quickly, need to increase the support from the other unit’s ambulance and might cause more serious loss of life and property.
Therefore, the study has been analyzed the current domestic traffic accident, and in-depth understand during the ambulance service, because of people, thing, time, place, and matter different factors of ambulance traffic accidents Compiled of the ambulance driver, time (section), accident type, accident location, age of vehicles, dynamic duty and human negligence total seven accident factors. So how to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents before the implementation of the hospital's emergency ambulance service is the object to explore. In this study, a questionnaire survey of first line ambulance service personnel and then SPSS statistical analysis.
The result can strengthen the fire department and greatly decrease the incidence of traffic accidents during service. Improve the mode and the time, also increase promoting with a system of comity to the ambulance, ameliorate the rights and interests of the use passer-by and patients, enhance the effectiveness of the rescue of people's live
