Taiwan aviation domestic market is small, the vast majority of international routes (80.9%) of the nationality of the airline traffic. The success of the development of international routes, the airline for business development nationality actually has a very important impact on the real worth exploring. This study discusses the historical context of the development of international routes through our analysis of the overall industry, as well as China Airlines and EVA Air's business profile. We find our national airlines are on international routes is limited by the development of the domestic environment, population and other factors narrow market development easy. External environment affecting the economy, oil prices, natural disasters, war and other incidents are difficult to predict, with low-cost flights and other airlines and emerging competition, the development is not easy. According to the airline itself, China Airlines remains the leading advantages, gradually improve flight safety;EVA is operating more flexible, good at marketing. In the future, that is turning to rely on government support policies and its own aviation operations efforts. It’s still the future of cross-strait routes biggest development opportunities in the future. The study provides the following recommendations in the face of airline operations and policy side for future reference: First, the airline operations: (a) adjust the constitution, improve operational flexibility, (b) a clear development goals, (c) full use of the strategic alliance functions, (d) cross-industry alliance to increase customer base. Second, government policies: (a) actively develop positive international traffic rights, (b) The government should implement the relevant aviation policy, and (c) the development of Taiwan for the international air transport in new zealand and (d) to grasp the clothing trade agreement opportunities. 凌鳳儀 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 92 zh-TW |
