Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 建築工程與環境設計研究所在職專班 === 102 === Abstract How the three –generations live together happily and healthy and with dignity is the normal task, which is also the issue researchers hope to solve constantly. Three- generations living is the best representation of living way for traditional Chinese filial within Chinese area; but there are also many people show their attitude as sitting on the fence. The intergenerational interference is often an important factor for many people who cannot accept three-generations living together. If we can discover the priorities of living space interference with the survey of severity and agreement for the living behavior of intergeneration, we will able to cope with them in advance with properly configuration when drawing the floor plan. The purposes of this study are as following: 1. to understand the severity and agreement of intergenerational interference under three-generation living, including the score of diet, secret, storage, sleep, banquet and leisure behaviors. 2. to discuss the relevant factors which affect the severity and agreement of intergenerational interference under three-generation living, and to verify the hypothesis of this study. We hope to get feed back into the design of residential buildings by questionnaire; and to identify the priority from the most severe degree to the least one, with the choice priority of layout. This study is conducted with the questionnaire survey with convenience sampling. We take 62 family members who turn to 21 years old as the sample in greater Taipei area. Then we utilize SPSS statistical software to conduct data processing and analysis by the following methods: frequency distribution, percentage, average value, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. The results show that the average score of severity for intergenerational interference is 2.46, in which the "storage behavior" is the highest score for 2.71; decreased in the order are: secret behavior is 2.64, sleep behavior is 2.44, diet behavior is 2.4, leisure behavior is 2.29 and banquet behavior is 2.25. The average score of agreement for intergenerational interference is 2.77, in which the "storage behavior" is the highest score for 2.98; decreased in the order are: secret behavior is 2.94, sleep behavior is 2.78, diet behavior is 2.77, leisure behavior is 2.6 and banquet behavior is 2.53. In terms of the severity of the interference: there are significant differences in secret behavior for the different occupations; there are significant differences in banquet behavior for device space interference with the maximum differences. In terms of the agreement of the interference: there are significant differences in secret behavior for the different ages and occupations; there are significant differences in sleep behavior for different housing ownership. The result in this study found that storage behavior is the most severe degree of interference on the severity and agreement, from which we can configure storage room or cabinet in response to the various space when laying out the architectural configuration; while other interference behaviors can adopt different configurations in sequence. This study is aimed at coping with completely preparation in advance when planning the three-generations living.
