Firstly, a stabilized mechanism is designed to let the weapon carrier fast reach to the target precisely, and the PID controller design of a weapon carrier is achieved. Using the PID linear controller design, the stabilization and precision requirements of the weapon carrier can be completed. Next the parameters estimation for linear system and the standard operation procedure can be established, such that the PID controller design for a new weapon carrier system can have an operation criterion. By use of the mathematical model and the PID controller design, a simulation result is conducted to compare that of the practical weapon carrier, so that the satisfied effects can be guaranteed.
