碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 連鎖加盟業服務創新產業碩士專班 === 102 === The medium and small business has played a role of heroes behind the scenes in promoting lasting economic growth in Taiwan. Among them, the supplementary value of micro-enterprise and service sector is comparatively high. They are the main source to create employment opportunities. The study uses a viewpoint of innovative style taken by micro-enterprise founders as a starting point to discuss the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance. Cases focus on studying information from ‘Micro-enterprise Network’ and ‘ 1001 stories in Taiwan’ websites assisted with telephone interview to collect and arrange 42 typical business-founding cases through enterprise characteristics of different professions and the experience passing by enterprise founders themselves to complete the study objective. The study focuses on enterprise founders’ personal traits and enterprise characteristics to discuss and analyze the different influence among enterprise founders’ traits, their resources, innovational degree, entrepreneurial performance and influencing factors of operating performance respectively. Finally, the study makes further discussion to depict how innovational degree an intermediary variables affects the transformation of influencing factors. The testimonial results of this study shows that through generating innovative degree, it actually plays a very important role during the process of promoting enterprise performance by enterprise founders and through analysis of intermediary effect. It also shows that innovative degree obviously exists in enterprise founders’ personal traits, opportunities, knowledge, and abilities of entrepreneurial performance. It means that the generating of innovative degree contributes to the improvement of personal traits, opportunities, knowledge, and abilities of entrepreneurial performance. The results of this study will provide vital reference bases to the people exercising entrepreneurial activities.
